“Giving Back” and “Causing Good Things” to happen in your Community have become part of our evolving consciousness to a higher level, and a growing part of our day-to-day vernacular, and desired way of “being”…

Note: The name Cagora comes from Agora, which was an open marketplace and public assembly in ancient Greece. The “C” represents Community, and the name Cagora represents a Community Marketplace online similar to the Ancient Greek Agora.
With Cagora, you can actually “Do Good” and earn an income at the same time… The cornerstone of Cagora is the ‘Double Feel Good Factor’… earning an extra income for yourself while at the same time “doing good” for others (80% of profits go back to Members and nominated Charities and Community Groups).
It’s an innovation in Internet Marketing called Community Networking and Community Marketing where you use the power of “Community” to also build your business.
Rob Anderson is the person behind Cagora, and I’ve had the great opportunity to work closely with Rob over the past 7 months in bringing Cagora to launch.

I had the wonderful opportunity to catch up with Lynn Terry last week over a long lunch during her very brief Australian vacation, after meeting her last mid-December at a 30DayChallenge Christmas Melbourne MeetUp (Ed Dale), on her first holiday here.
We’ve kept in regular contact since then, and Lynn also has kindly agreed to be interviewed for my other project I’m doing jointly with my biz partner and very good friend Alex Newell Expert List Building.
Yes, absolutely, part of the “Law of Attraction” process is – You put it out there to attract likeminded people… And when they appear, that’s not just it, that’s not the end of the story… Not at all…
You then nurture those relationships. You give to them, as much, or even way more than they give to you, and you “develop” a mutually beneficial relationship… There are no limits or weighing points…
And these associations may lead to valuable Joint Venture relationships also, where you hook up, and work together, to promote each others’ valuable offerings, resources, products or services.
I also met Rob Anderson at a 30DC Melbourne MeetUp last August ‘08. And, when we discovered we both shared a strong common interest in Social Entrepreneuring, we totally hit it off immediately!…
I’ve been working with Rob ever since helping him get Cagora to launch in the marketplace – a new breed “Authority” Community Network. And, we’ve become very good Friends ever since.

Intentions and Enjoying “Being in the Moment”…
Clearly focusing your Intentions on enjoying “being in the moment” certainly is a great way to ahieve a positive attitude and ultimate Happiness.
And that is so easy to do while enjoying another absolutely, perfectly, glorious Saturday in Melbourne…
In my opinion (and I’m certainly not alone) Autumn in Melbourne, Australia is the best season of the year. Beautiful, glorious, mild days, warm temperatures, but not the same intense heat as during Summer. This extends pretty well through to the end of April (hence daylight savings extension to end of 1st week in April).
The gardens are having their 3rd flush of growth and flowers. Amazing how forgiving the gardens have been. Everything is green again, with little sign of the burnt effects of the heat wave a month ago (and the devastating Victorian bushfires).
It’s so easy to “Be in the Moment” when you appreciate wonderful nature all around you. New fresh green growth, beautiful flowers opening before your very eyes. Breathing in a fresh ocean breeze as it plays across your face, and tousles your hair, as you walk up onto the Beacon Cove boardwalk for a walk along Port Melbourne and Sandridge beach.
So easy also, when you focus on the sensations, the experiences, the tastes in abundance all around during “Marvelous Melbourne in March”…
March here is also the month of Festivals galore… Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, Antipodes Greek Festival, Moomba WaterFest, Melbourne International Film Festival, Melbourne Fashion Festival, Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show, Melbourne French Film Festival, Melbourne Queer Film Festival, Ballarat Begonia Festival, Australian Grand Prix, and the list goes on and on… something for everyone’s tastes and interests. And all throughout Victoria too…
When I worked with Melbourne City Marketing (in my corporate life before starting my own business working from home), we used the umbrella branding slogan “Marvellous Melbourne in March” to tie everything together, get the best bang for our marketing buck, promote a jolly good time, and take advantage of a great excuse to have one big month long party…
Look around you… Go out and “experience” and you will find yourself wonderfully in the moment…
Enjoying your surroundings is a fabulous way to “Be in the Moment”…
It’s so great for de-stressing and re-fuelling. It makes working not seem like work at all, but a great pleasure, play and passion, and just flows… just like writing this blog post, and much more…
Enjoying what you do = greater productivity, because everything just flows much faster, and with much greater ease…
