Manifestation Made Easier, Using the Power of Your Mind in Your Daily Practice
Recreating events positively in your mind, perhaps that had not gone so well, is a great way to shift your Intentions and Energy into a positive state.
When events don’t go as well as you had hoped, it’s important not to submit to the negativity and refocus onto the positive by recreating in your mind how you would have liked the event to have played out.
Here’s a wonderful tip from James Ray I found recently that you can incorporate into your own daily practice, which I highly recommend you do.
I sure have, and have had much Fun doing so… And I’ve also added my own further practical daily applications to expand the possibilities. I hope they help you too…

James says:
“I would like to share a process with you that came from the great teacher Neville Goddard in a lecture he delivered in 1954, entitled The Pruning Shears of Revision. This process has had a profound effect on my life.
Neville recommends at the end of every day, before you go to sleep, to think through the events of the day.
If any events or moments did not go the way you wanted, replay them in your mind in a way that thrills you.
As you recreate those events in your mind exactly as you want, you are cleaning up your frequency from the day and you are emitting a new signal and frequency for tomorrow.
You have intentionally created new pictures for your future. It is never too late to change the pictures”.

With thanks to James Ray and Neville Goddard for this great, powerful, yet simple technique. What a wonderful tip. And, so easy to do.
You can even make it a fun daily ritual and really get creative about how you incorporate it into your daily practice.
Taking this on board, with my own suggestions, you could:
- Include an automatic reminder in your daily online diary or journal, and when ending your day, take the Intention with you as you go to bed to practice this technique.
- Do the same with your hard copy diary, or post-it-notes on your computer, kitchen bench or fridge, or bathroom mirror….
- Include a message reminder on your computer desktop.
- Print out this Blog post, or a shortened ‘Highlights’ version, and place it on or near your computer, or on your Vision Board, or place it by your bedside as a reminder.
- Make your own personal recording with positive messages and reminders, and play it as you prepare to go to sleep.
- Do whatever you wish and takes your fancy – the sky really is the limit – let your intuition and imagination find what’s best for you.
As long as you Do It! And, do it with good, positive, Fun Intentions, and Feelings…
Hey, please let me know any other ideas you may have on how to incorporate this into your daily practice, and also the results that you experience – I’d love to hear from you. Just leave a comment below.

Very powerful and exciting post. I don’t know how Neville Goddard came across this technique but reminds me of stuff I was taught years ago in NLP training . This version seems more powerful tho’.
People may doubt that this works but they are proof that it does because most people do the negative version of this every day.
Do we not start replaying the day’s events in our mind with emphasis on anything that went wrong? Don’t we torment ourselves with imaginary failing and faults? some people keep themselves awake with all this.
Just how much good this could do if the positive version of this were to be practised regularly is mind boggling.
BTW Is this the same person “Nevillising” refers to?
Awesome post!
Yes indeed Alex, it is the one and the same – Nevillizing (via Neville Goddard).
“Nevillizing”, originally termed by David Garfinkel and then more recently popularized by Joe Vitale, it focuses on the imagining mind focusing on experiencing the outcome as you would wish it to be right here in the NOW.
Taking it way beyond just Affirmations, to involving your “Feelings” and “Emotions” in the “Imagining” of what you desire to “BE”, experiencing the Emotions of “Outcome” and “Being” in the moment, opens up the channels to bringing it more likely and closely into your actual reality and experience.
This is so important, I will cover this in more detail in future Blog posts.
Thanks for your Comment Alex.
This sounds a lot like some of the NLP that has worked so well for me. I like the fact you bring in trusting your Intentions, having fun and I’d like to add you could also keep your energy high.
Hi Brian, thank you for taking your time to provide your input and feedback. Yes, indeed the principles are very similar to NLP.
You are spot on about keeping your energy high – after all, it’s our energy vibes that project out there and attract to us directly at the energy level we’re emitting. Like Attracts Like…

Thanks again for your comments, and always welcome more thoughts and feedback…

This reminds me of some great advice I once read (I forget where!) to always start with the end in mind. So think about where you want o be and then visualise how you got there, then you know everything you need to do… I think this post might be useful for when things don’t quite play out the way I visualised them to!

Thanks Mike for your comment.
And in this amazing year of 2012, we take it a further step as we grow and open to greater awakening and enlightenment, where we focus and know that we are capable of much more than we have given ourselves credit of achieving.
This is the time to come from your Heart in all you do, and being your authentic self. And being of service to others from that place. And as you serve from that place of integrity, your joy and abundance will flow naturally.
