Can you relate to that? Think about your efforts to attract new clients, grow your database, or attract web traffic and build your subscriber and customer list… Just keep persisting and taking action, and you’ll get there…
I’m sure you’ve heard it said that “The Money is in the List”, and certainly your success is dependent on the size of your list and how many people you can reach with your offering.
When you persist and show the way, share your special talents and gifts, and provide value to others, they will follow you, join your list, want to hear from you, and buy your products, in growing numbers.
The video here is a wonderful, really fun, light-hearted example of PERSISTENCE and shows where one guy, through his own solitary efforts at first, starts a mass dance party to ”Unstoppable” by Santogold at the Sasquatch Music Festival.
I think it demonstrates perfectly that “sticking your neck out”, taking the lead, showing the way, persisting, and not giving up, reaps rewards… Then seeing the power of what you can create if you stick in there, with the potential to influence the crowd, and create an unstoppable wave that then gains it’s own life and momentum, often exponentially…
It’s a perfect and entertaining example of just how Success can happen…

Success starts with just one person who has an idea, creativity, the motivation, and takes action. One person who has a clear vision, who is willing to go it alone, and to keep going it alone until things start to happen and gain momentum, no matter what obstacles stand in the way.
And as the video demonstrates, with persistence, things will start to happen. You just have to stay focused, keep going and persist. It’s certainly not always going to be easy, but it’s oh so very worth it.
The rewards in the form of regular healthy income on your own terms, even passive income, and the Financial and Lifestyle Freedom that it brings is worth every moment of your focus, effort, time, commitment and patience.

Very thought provoking piece Kathy. I’ve been pondering on this topic a lot trying to clarify where persistence fits in amongst other pieces of the success mindset puzzle.
The sheer ability to stick at something is crucial but I guess I’m just wondering where that can just slide into stubbornly sticking to a plan that clearly isn’t working?
There’s a balance there!

Yes indeed, it is a very fine balancing act. On the one hand, having clearly before you the Vision and the “feeling” of what you want, and totally persistently “taking action” and going for it. And, on the other hand, staying open to other promptings, intuitive inspiration, divine guidance, that may be saying “try me, I’m better, give me a go, or this is what you’re destined to do, live and fulfil your life’s purpose.”
I myself have been looking at this balance for some time, and with renewed vigor very closely recently. It is a fine balance that only you can muster, and decide uniquely for you.
