There are many ways you can raise your vibration. Here are 9 Key Ways to Rise Above & Elevate Your Consciousness…

Tip 1:  Awareness of Your Breathing Breathing deeply is a powerful tool for raising & aligning with Higher Frequencies. Short breaths keep you in 3D… Long, deep, replenishing breaths connect you with Your Heart space, with 5D, Your Higher Self, & Source – the more oxygen your cells get, the more energized you’ll feel…

Tip 2:  Always BE Thankful & Dialed Into a Gratitude Mindset & Heartset...

GRATITUDE is powerful… It will shift you to a Higher Frequency, and you’ll attract much better things, more easily & quickly… 💜🌟

As soon as you wake up, as you’re coming out of the alpha state & becoming aware – immediately switch to saying THANK YOU – for everything you can think of as your mind meanders through the things in Your Life for which to be Grateful – & enjoy it with feeling & emotion. E-Motion is Energy in Motion… 

Tip 3:  Switch Your Thoughts = Switch Your Frequency When something drags you down, Switch your Awareness & your Thoughts immediately – Observe rather than React, Discern rather than Judge, Trust & Detach. Be Aware of the 3D values the situation resides & is weighed down in, & Switch as best you can to 5D values of operating from the Heart – the lighter, purer, Love-infused place…

Moving yourself physically helps also – like turning 180 degrees around quickly & facing the opposite direction. 

Tip 4:  Focus on Your Desired Outcome as in the Here & NOW This is not a new concept, but it’s in the commitment to repetition & reinforcement that takes it to a newer, higher level of realization, actualization & materializing. Focusing on ‘feeling good’, & spending the majority of your time focused in that space works on rewiring your neural pathways, just like strengthening a muscle, & also sends your higher level Energy Frequency signals out into the Infinite Field, the Universe… Tune into the delicious vibration of ease & satisfaction. Zone out & into the highly desired place of your choosing…

Tip 5:  Pre-Select a Special Thought or Thoughts About Your Desired, Happy, Delicious Place that you can easily & quickly switch or default to whenever you feel yourself dragged down into less desirable realities. Believe & trust that whatever is going on will pass, & practice the formula we’ve touched on above – observe rather than react, discern rather than judge, etc.

The most important point is that YOU FEEL GOOD. Feelings & Emotions are the key… Are you getting the gist of this theme?

Tip 6:  Meditate… Meditation has so many benefits for our brain waves & the health of the cells in our bodies. Keep it simple. Find a way to meditate that suits you & you can incorporate easily into your daily practices.

Tip 7:  Lifting Your Vibration requires Movement Create energy lifts with your arms – move them around, open them up & raise them upward & skyward in an open to receiving & allowing in with cupping of your hands… Exercise… Do Yoga…

Tip 8:  Fill Your Space with things You Enjoy & Love Reach for topics that uplift You – read, listen, & write or journal about them.

Surround yourself with likeminded people & have uplifting conversations & interactions with them. Help others. Hug someone – the physical interaction is great for raising your Energy Frequency.

Tip 9:  Replenish Yourself & Practice lots of Self Care… 

Get out into Nature… Enjoy the natural beauty & limitless Abundance of Nature. It has so many lessons to communicate with us when we observe it’s beauty & amazing Infinite Abundance… It’s Renewal & Rejuvenation… It’s Shedding & Letting Go… And then it’s new Reinvention & Rebirthing Cycles… 

Eat healthy foods… Nourish Yourself & take time out for YOU. Practice lots of Self LoveSelf Care… Make Yourself Your No.1 Priority. Everything else will fall into place…
